The Woodside Wildebeests is a not-for-profit running club, with fees covering race entry, uniform and facility rental costs.

CROSS COUNTRY 2025 FEE STRUCTURE:
• Free Trial Drop-Ins: anyone is welcome to drop-in and check out the Wildebeest program
• USATF Annual Fee: $40 - all participants must register with USATF - paid directly to USATF through online registration
• Wildebeest Team Uniform: $60 (top & shorts) - * please pay via paypal to [email protected]* (use “friends & family” )
• Wildebeest Track 2025 Team Dues: * please pay via check to Tina Lount
* Sept-Dec 2025 - $350 for XC MEMBERSHIP
* SIBLING DISCOUNT $200
• USATF Club Track Entry Fees: pay as you go - Coach Tina enters athletes in club meets and then just reimburse the fee each time or in bulk
• Additional Team Spirit Wear Costs: visit the online store for prices on optional sweatshirts, hats, pants or training tees!

- Step 1(required): TeamSnap Account SignUp and Athlete Profile Form: please email [email protected] to be added to TeamSnap - include your address, contact information (cell phone numbers too), photo, emergency contact information, athlete date of birth, and USATF Membership # within the TeamSnap account for your athlete. Please mark attendance availability within TeamSnap.
- Step 2(required): Youth USATF Club Registration for 2025 Calendar Year - provides athlete/club with insurance & allows entry in meets

- Step 3(required): Coach Liability Waiver: please sign and upload the liability form to your athlete’s teamsnap profile named “liability form” - not required if you already have one from a previous track season
- Step 4(required): Pay your Membership Dues (see rates above) via check (preferred)
- Step 5(optional): Follow the Woodside Wildebeests on Instagram (#woodsidewildebeests) for any fun photo updates of the team throughout the season.
