FREQUENT WORKOUT MEETING LOCATIONS FOR Track/XC: Frequent meeting points include:
- Mondays: 4:15-5:45pm @ varying locations
- Wednesdays: 4:15-5:45pm @ varying locations
- Sundays: timing varies (usually mornings) - trail runs, track workout or track meets- see details in teamsnap
