When and where do you train?

For Track 2020, workouts begin 3/2/2020 on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays(starting in April)- timing will vary depending on day and time of year. The general training schedule plan is as follows:
  • Mondays: 6:00-7:30pm  
  • Wednesdays: 6:00-7:30pm (*same as Thursdays- pick one)
  • Thursdays: 6:00-7:30pm  (*Thursday option offered in April/May - same as Wednesdays - pick one) 
  • Sundays: timing varies (usually mornings) - clinics, trail runs or XC club track meets - see details in TeamSnap

The details (exact time and location) for all workouts and races are kept within the Woodside Wildebeest private TeamSnap account.
Please contact Coach Tina in order to be invited to join the team's TeamSnap account.
*Please use the Availability tab of TeamSnap to let coach know when you can and cannot make it.

  • Portola Valley Tennis Courts (Town Center)
  • College of San Mateo Track   
  • Sequoia High School Track
